Mapleton Ambulance Mapleton City would like to thank all of the people who showed an interest in being part of the Mapleton City Ambulance.  We are currently staffed, and are not taking anymore applications unless you are already an EMT-I or EMT-B and are available to take calls Monday thru Thursday 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.    Click here to print a Medication List Information Form "We are the ones you call when seconds count" The Mapleton Ambulance service has 17 staff members serving Mapleton as well as providing backup for Springville and Spanish Fork.
